HIV / AIDS Policy

Resources Unlimited is committed to dealing with Organizations that do not discriminate on the basis of an employee's HIV status and is committed to handling the AIDS issue with sensitivity and understanding and that are commitment to fight against HIV/AIDS, an effective testing programme and the creation and maintenance of a culture of trust amongst employees. These organisations remain committed to building trust through on going and sustainable consultation and communication campaigns and peer educator programmes. Employees, potential employees or outsourced staff are not required to disclose their HIV status to the company. Those that do are dealt with in the strictest confidence
